Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Executive (BDE), you will work with a team to help TravelDeer Nigeria grow.

The main task is to find new opportunities and think of fresh ideas that clients will love.

You will also be responsible for building partnerships and maintaining relationships with both clients and other important people.

The person selected for this role must be passionate about travel and have some experience in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Business Opportunities
    Your job is to find new business opportunities within the travel industry. You will look for new clients like large companies, government offices, and medium-sized businesses.
  • Develop Strategic Plans
    You will create strategies to help TravelDeer meet its sales and revenue goals every month, quarter, and year.
  • Build Relationships
    It’s important to have strong relationships with current and new clients. You will need to understand their needs and provide solutions that fit them.
  • Collaborate with the Team
    You will work with other team members to create proposals, brochures, and presentations that will make a good impression on clients.
  • Conduct Market Research

  • Promote the Brand

  • Negotiate Contracts

  • Monitor and Report Performance

Qualifications
