The Grain Origination Representative will, with guidance, sell grain to customers in person or remotely. You will work with new and current customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products and services.

Responsibilities
- Find new customers and manage relationships with current ones.
- Conduct market research, set prices, and perform sales and merchandising tasks with guidance.
- Track customer and competitor activities and industry trends.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key customers.
- Promote the company and its products to support business growth.
- Solve moderately complex problems independently, seeking help for more complex issues.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma, certificate, or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related work experience.
- Experience in agricultural sales.
- Valid, full Canadian Driver’s License in good standing, allowing independent driving during work.
- Must be legally eligible to work for Cargill in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Farming background.
- Knowledge of commodity markets.
