Responsibilities for Shell Recruitment
In this role, you will manage the prompt and efficient processing of demands and requests for Purchase Requisitions and Service Entries to support Shell’s business units and regions. You will also analyze and present data to assist the Operations Manager, Line Manager, and Operations Excellence (OE) team in conducting detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analyses. This will help promote a mindset of Continuous Improvement (CI), particularly in areas such as automation and Payment on Time (POT) delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating Purchase Requisitions and Service Entries.
- Serving as the primary contact for end users within the scope.
- Collaborating with Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, vendors, and team members to resolve invoice issues.
- Analyzing and addressing issues to identify gaps in processes and procedures related to KPI targets.
- Performing as an ERP/SAP Super User, including handling “how to” questions, conducting training, and participating in IT change activities.
- Supporting various departmental and SNBO initiatives as assigned by the Line Manager, such as CI Projects or KPI Analysis.
- Ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate fulfillment of requisitions for end-users.
- Assisting Accounts Payable with procurement issues related to vendor invoices.
- Working with Business Stakeholders, Accounts Payable, and RtP Analysts to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Identifying and addressing non-compliance issues through awareness, training, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serving as a contact for complex queries and providing support to other team members as needed.
Requirement for Shell Recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience with Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) processes.
- Knowledge of RtP processes and ERP (SAP) Systems.
- Understanding of procurement policies, processes, and systems.
- Awareness of how contracting and procurement work with other Shell departments.
- Knowledge of Shell’s governance and signatory processes.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- IT System knowledge, data analysis, and SAP Certification are advantages.
