Main Responsibilities
Enhancing Democracy and Elections
- Project Coordination: Assist in the creation and implementation of projects aimed at improving democratic processes and elections.
- Content Development: Manage the creation of background papers, final reports, and other necessary documents.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and organize various meetings and events.
- Fundraising Efforts: Craft funding proposals and maintain communication with donors to support fundraising activities.
Advancing Multilateralism
- Awareness Initiatives: Engage in projects that promote multilateral solutions to global issues.
- Legacy Projects: Contribute to initiatives honoring Kofi Annan’s legacy, such as op-eds, lectures, and exhibitions.

Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in development studies, international relations, political science, social sciences, international law, or related fields. Exceptional candidates with significant experience and a first-level university degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of global issues related to democracy and multilateralism. Experience within the multilateral system or in organizations promoting democracy is highly valued.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
