Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to grow the company profitably.
- Represent the company externally to boost its reputation and seize business opportunities.
- Understand and stay updated about the company’s products and services to handle customer inquiries accurately.
- Ensure all business activities meet budget and efficiency targets.
- Achieve sales goals by meeting targets.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to generate leads consistently.
- Assist in planning and executing annual work and resource plans aligned with company strategy.
- Identify business prospects and evaluate their position in the industry.
- Maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for customer quotations.
- Design and implement a business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen company presence.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, and forecasts to managers.
- Work with the Technical team on sales technology projects.
- Ensure CRM and other sales tools are used correctly.
- Train and enforce adherence to sales processes.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve goals.
- Uphold the Company’s Code of Conduct in all sales activities.
- Complete marketing tasks to fulfill organizational goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Stay updated through education and professional networking.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT staff to resolve issues.
- Generate new business leads in line with company targets.
- Build effective relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Promote the Company and its products positively and professionally to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- A Master’s Degree from a recognized university is advantageous.
- Membership in professional management associations is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in ICT/Telecoms or a related industry.
- Ideally, at least 7 years of experience in the field.
