Responsibilities for Shell Recruitment
- Fund Performance Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on Fund performance.
- Generate and submit PENCOM reports on time.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Create reports on the Fund’s financial performance.
- Data Management
- Update and maintain the Fund and benchmark databases.
- Ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop processes for collecting, validating, and reporting data.
- Compliance and Governance
- Follow accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Help prepare audit schedules and respond to queries.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Share financial insights with senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements for Shell Recruitment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
- A professional accounting certification (such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the pension fund or financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Investment Management Systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
