Learning & Leadership Development
You will provide expertise in developing and enhancing Learning and Leadership Development strategies. This will involve working on holistic talent development initiatives to ensure that employees are well-prepared for future challenges.
Performance Management
Supporting the annual performance management process will be a key aspect of your role. You will assist in embedding the company’s Performance Management model to foster employee performance and development. Additionally, you will co-lead efforts to enhance performance management processes, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion
